Event Administrative Assistant

The Event Administrative Assistant is a support position to the Philanthropy Department and reports to the Event Manager. The Event Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the organization and administration of Promises2Kids fundraising events, including annual concert gala, wine auction events, other signature events, and agency events as needed.

Guardian Scholars Coordinator

Under the direction of the Guardian Scholar Supervisor, the Coordinator will be responsible for a caseload of approximately 30-40 high need former foster youth participating in the Guardian Scholar program, providing whole-person and comprehensive case management services including but not limited to: monitoring program participation/requirements, providing referrals to community partners, creating budgets, educating on study habits, ensuring basic needs are met, and maintaining regular contact. Additionally, this position will support the Guardian Scholars team in program specific administrative tasks such as check requests, database maintenance, and event planning.

Major Gifts Officer

The Major Gifts/Philanthropy Officer, is responsible for the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of major gifts from individuals and community members. The Major Gifts/Philanthropy Officer, will maximize gift revenue from current donors while engaging new prospective constituents and is a key contributor to the major gift budget and annual agency growth. The Major Gifts/Philanthropy Officer interacts regularly with the Chief Development Officer, Director of Philanthropy, philanthropy team and key stakeholders in performing the position’s principal duties.
