The Front Desk Office Assistant is a support position for Promises2Kids and serves as administrative support for the entire team. This position provides administrative aid for general operations, and programs such as filing, preparing written communication as requested, reception, tracking office supplies, setting up for meetings, data entry, organizing mailing orders, and other duties as assigned.

Corporate Partnership Officer

The Corporate Partnership Officer is responsible for the identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of gifts from corporations. The Corporate Relations Manager will maximize gift revenue from current donors while engaging new prospective constituents. The Corporate Partnership Manager will interact regularly with staff responsible for fundraising, programs, and volunteers in performing the position’s principal duties.

Mental Health Therapist

This position is a new but integral role in the Programs department of Promises2Kids. We are seeking a SW or MFT, preferably licensed or registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences, to provide development and ongoing evaluation of mental health treatment plans for young adult and adult former foster youth. The Therapist will provide individual and group services utilizing evidence-based, evidence-informed, and promising best practices for the youth served. The Therapist takes a strength-based, trauma-informed, culturally relevant, and client-centered approach to working with youth. The Therapist may be required to provide services in the evenings and on weekends.

Guardian Scholars Supervisor

The Guardian Scholars Supervisor is responsible for the implementation and case management of the Guardian Scholars program and oversight of assigned Guardian Scholars Coordinators. The Guardian Scholars (GS) Supervisor will maximize student participation and ensure 80% graduation rate. The GS Supervisor will interact regularly with the Program Director, Associate Director of GS, Clinical Services Manger, Director of Philanthropic Operations, Chief Operating Officer, Mentor Manager, and the Volunteer Manager in performing the position’s principal duties – including those that utilize students to support efforts.
