Events at Promises, such as past Summer Promises Concerts with dynamic artists such as Jewel and Pat Benatar, are special occasions because we get to share in the camaraderie and the satisfaction that comes from helping children in need. We all must remain vigilant as approximately 1,600 children die each year as a result of child abuse and neglect.  Volunteering is a great way to gain new skills, new friends, and help children in need. Many opportunities are available at Promises2Kids and the Polinsky Children's Center.  Do you have some time to help out as a volunteer?
