June 10th gala proceeds to benefit foster children in San Diego County.
Promises2Kids, San Diego’s leading non-profit dedicated to creating a brighter future for foster children, has announced their “Dream On” Summer Concert Gala is set for Monday, June 10, 2013. The 5th annual event will once again be hosted at the exquisite private La Jolla estate residence of Honorary Chair, Joan Waitt and is highlighted by a private concert under the stars by rock legends REO Speedwagon.
Presented by Kevin Prior, President and CEO of ICW Group and its employees, Dream On is the signature fundraiser benefiting the thousands of foster children living in San Diego County and has raised over $1.2 million to date.
“Here in San Diego, Promises2Kids is a wonderful organization that assists foster children work through the impact of abuse while providing them opportunities for a brighter future. The employees of ICW Group and I are very excited to sponsor their annual summer event, “Dream On”, which each year raises critical funds for San Diego’s foster youth,” said Kevin Prior, President and CEO of San Diego based ICW Group.

The evening begins at 5:30pm with a VIP reception and an exclusive meet and greet opportunity with REO Speedwagon. The main event is 6:30pm to 10pm. This posh party includes an elegant sit down dinner prepared by the Hyatt Regency La Jolla, cocktails, auction, and a private live concert performance by REO Speedwagon.
